Am I the only person left that’s not on Facebook?
Last night, one of my good friends asked me to “Facebook” my address to him so he’d have me on the list for a wedding invitation. The day before, I overheard two ladies in their mid to late 50’s talking about keeping in touch with their kids via Facebook. I still have no idea what the purpose of poking is. This morning, my grandmother e-mailed an invitation to open an account with the attached message, “You should sign up for Facebook! I’m sure all of your friends would be delighted to keep in touch with you! JK, loserface. You dont have any friends. LOLZ. Now, go get a haircut.”
Ok, so maybe that last part isn’t true. Though, if grandma knew how to operate a computer, I’m sure she’d send that message. But anyway, am I the only person left in the digital world that isn’t on Facebook? Am I really missing out on that much? I waste so much time on here, I don’t think I have room in my schedule to stalk the girls I had a crush on from 1st-12th grade.
